That is a mailbox on the mall concourse, not a counter. There is no shelf to browse, nothing to try on and nobody standing behind it, so a trip there would end at a metal door. Parcels should not be sent this way either; letters reach us fine.

What we cannot help with

Order status, delivery dates and returns live with our retail partner, in the order list of the account you bought with. We never see those orders, so we honestly cannot look one up.
