Sometimes the cord is shorter than it looked, or the world was wrong all along. When a piece misses, the way back runs through our retail partner, under the return policy shown on the listing you bought from.

The route back

Open the order list in the account you purchased with, find the order and choose the return option. The partner walks you through the rest: how to send the piece back, and where it needs to go. The money side is settled on their side as well, to the payment method you used.

What not to do

Please do not send anything to the Albany address from our footer. It is a mailbox for letters on a mall concourse; a parcel sent there would sit unclaimed, and no return would register anywhere.

If the piece missed because our page misled you, that part is on us: tell us through the contact page and we will fix the photo or the wording for the next person.
