Asked at the counter
The questions we hear most, answered the way we would over a counter, if we had one.
Are these official studio merchandise?
No. Everything here is a fan-made accessory. The game names and symbols belong to their studios and publishers; what we make is a casting for people who love those worlds, and we say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
What are the charms made of?
Cast metal, mostly zinc alloy, which is why the first thing buyers mention is the weight. These are solid castings, not printed resin, and the relief holds up at arm’s length.
Will it fit?
Most of our cords adjust, so they fit most necks without guessing a size. Chains are fixed; if the piece rides on a chain, measure a necklace that already sits right on you. The length guide shows how in two minutes.
Where do the buy buttons lead?
To the listing at our retail partner, where the sale actually happens. Checkout, delivery and returns are all handled there, in the account you buy with.
Can I come to the Albany address?
Better not to. It is a mailbox on the mall concourse, not a shop: no counter, no shelf, nothing to try on. Letters reach us there; people would reach a metal door.
How do I pick a gift without asking?
Figure out the world first, then the charm finder does the rest in two questions. The gifting guide covers how to spot the world from one glance at their screen.
