Nothing is sold on this site directly. Every buy button opens the listing at our retail partner, and the order you place there is theirs from that second on: packing, the delivery estimate you see at checkout, and the tracking that follows.

Where your order lives

Everything about a placed order sits in the account you bought with: the order list shows the current status, the expected date and the tracking link once the parcel is moving. If a date slips, that page updates before any email does.

Why it works this way

We are a bench, not a logistics company. Our retail partner moves parcels better than any small operation could, so the charm gets to you faster and in better shape than if we tried to do it ourselves.

One thing to know: the Albany address in our footer is a mailbox for letters. No parcel starts its journey there, and none should end there. If a piece arrived wrong, the returns page explains the route back.
